Sales conditions
ORDERS:
Minimum orders freight paid under agreed conditions. Others, factory prices. VAT not included.
Orders must be sent in writing via email pedidos@valenplas.es, stating the reference of each product, as well as the delivery place.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Direct debit transfer maximum 60 days according to the Law for clients with payment insurance/risk. Rest: Cash payment or early transfer.
TRANSPORTATION INCIDENTS:
Upon receipt of the material they have to check if the numbers of packages coincide with those noted in the transport report and if they are damaged. If they observe any type of incident in the material they must note it on the delivery note of the carrier and their own, not indicate pending review, since the agency does not admit the claim with this observation.
Once the incident is noted on the delivery note, they must send it via email to info@valenplas.es within 24 hours. If all of the above is not complied with, Valenplas will not be responsible for the damage caused.
NON-TRANSPORT INCIDENTS:
They must inform them within a maximum period of 10 days, if this period is not met, Valenplas will not be responsible for them.
Due to the characteristics of the raw materials used in the manufacture of our products, there may be variations in shade between profiles of different production batches.
No claim for difference in tones will be accepted.
PICKING:
In the case of ordering individual pieces of the following profiles: corner protector trims, profiles and PVC joints, vegetable fibers, aluminium, except sheet metal profile, stainless steel and brass, an increase of 20% will be applied on the PVP.
When shipments of loose parts are made and they do not arrive postage paid, a special packaging will be charged, which has a cost of €2.50.
DELIVERY TIMES:
The delivery time may vary depending on the amount and type of material requested.
